Cleaning Technician Manager (Part-Time)
Lead. Support. Deliver Excellence:
Xtract That Cleaning Service is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician Manager to oversee multiple commercial cleaning locations throughout Pasco & Pinellas Counties, & Surrounding Tampa Bay communities.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys leading by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to every client.
Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and support cleaning technicians across multiple locations
✔ Perform quality inspections and ensure company standards are met
✔ Train and coach team members on proper cleaning procedures
✔ Communicate with management regarding schedules, supplies, and client needs
✔ Fill in on cleaning assignments when needed
✔ Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and staff
✔ Help ensure every facility is cleaned safely, consistently, and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
✔ Reliable and dependable with strong leadership skills
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
✔ Commercial cleaning experience preferred
✔ Floor care experience (strip & wax, buffing, carpet cleaning) is a plus
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
