Cancellation Policy

Take advantage of our exclusive carpet cleaning deals with the following terms to ensure smooth scheduling and quality service: ✅ Booking Rules A 24-hour minimum notice is required for all discounted service bookings. First-time clients may be asked for a deposit to secure their booking. All properties must be vacant or accessible during the scheduled cleaning time to ensure efficiency and safety. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling Free rescheduling is available if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows (less than 12 hours) will be billed 50% of the service price. 💳 Payments & Refunds Full payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed or late cancellations. Refunds are only granted for services that were not completed due to our error or qualified cancellations. ⚠️ Late Bookings & Rush Jobs Same-day or next-day appointments may be available with a rush service fee.
