Cancellation Policy

General Booking & Cancellation Policy We appreciate your business and strive to provide reliable, professional service to every client. To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, please review our general booking and cancellation policy below. ✅ Booking Requirements All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise approved. A deposit may be required for first-time clients, large projects, commercial services, or specialty jobs. Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, safe, and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time. Any special conditions, access instructions, or service expectations must be communicated prior to the appointment. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans may change. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid fees. Free rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours, failure to provide property access, or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. If technicians arrive and are unable to complete the service due to access issues, unsafe conditions, utilities being unavailable, or undisclosed circumstances, a service call fee may apply. 💳 Payments & Refunds Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless prior written arrangements have been made. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the 48-hour cancellation window. Refunds are issued only in cases of service non-completion due to company error. Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for prompt resolution. 📅 Same-Day & Priority Services Same-day or next-day appointments may be available for an additional rush service fee.
