Refund Policy
At Xtract That Cleaning Service, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best cleaning experience possible. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please review our refund policy below:
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the results of our cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will revisit your property and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
No Refunds for Services Rendered
Once a cleaning service has been completed and you have confirmed satisfaction, no refunds will be issued. If a service was partially completed or unsatisfactory, we will work with you to correct the situation instead of offering a refund.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Failure to notify us of a cancellation (no-show) will result in the full service charge.
Prepaid Services
For services that are prepaid, you may request a refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Refunds will not be issued for prepaid services if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for issues beyond our control, such as pre-existing damage to carpets or upholstery, incomplete information provided by the customer, or unrealistic expectations that exceed industry standards.
