Turnover Cleaning Booking Policy
✅ Booking Rules:
All bookings require a minimum 24-hour notice.
A deposit (optional) may be required for first-time clients.
Properties must be vacant for efficient and safe cleaning.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Free rescheduling if requested 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be charged 50% of the service cost.
💳 Payments & Refunds:
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed services unless prior arrangements are made.
Refunds are only issued in cases of service non-completion or cancellation within the allowed time frame.
📅 Late Bookings & Emergency Services:
Same-day or next-day service may be available for an additional rush fee.
